Pathetic services

This review is not related to product but to the services of purplle.com I have ordered this item on 28th dec and it is not yet delivered. The item is prepaid. These guys did not inform about the problem related to the delivery. So i tried to contact the customer care but the customer care is not valid. The product is there with them yet, they are not delivering it. Also i tried to get a refund but the they do not refund the money also. I am very disappointed with the services. Those who are reading this review please do not order anything from this site or else you would be disappointed like me and your money would get stock and you would never get the product.
