It exfoliates very well. I can see the results since day 1. However, you must need to follow the instructions. 1. Make sure you don't rub it harshly, use moderate pressure. 2. Make sure to wet ur body and the loofah before use. 3. Make sure to apply body oil after the shower. Best fitted for dry, oily, and rough skin. Do not use it if you have skin problems, or if your skin is fragile. Make sure to use it everyday to see the best results, atleast an week. Also make sure to wash it properly and dry it in open air, so that it doesn't hold bacteria for the next use.
