I saw my return request has been rejected in the purplle app. Are you cheating customers? You gained my trust all this time and this is the response I get for not even my mistake. You are the one sending the wrong product. All you want to do is suck money from customers. This is the worst experience ever from purplle! Will not be referring this app to anyone!
