When I was using this facewash for the first time my pimple was there and the first day i used twice a day(day care and night care) and the next day night the pimple was gone. DermDoc face wash with mandelic acid does wonders..... I have been using it for almost a month. my skintype is combination type. But this face wash doesn't make my skin oily or dry. Pimples also started to disappear within days . This is the best Facewash.
