A Lil something is missing
I recently ordered this product and received it on Rakshabandhan. I tried it on a portion of my hair. The heat generated by the product is enough to starighten the hair but it left my hair very limp and dull (may be due to the plate material) and also there is something faulty between the plates as when I place my hair between them and start moving it from top to bottom, a Lil portion of my hair gets stuck in it which is unexpectedly painful as my hair get pulled really badly. As far as the purple service is concerned, it was fast and good. But I will not really recommend the product as I have used really better ones in the same price range.
